I have never tried it, but meal manner of speaking programs in general are very thriving. Mainly because of the convenience. It is simpler to stick to the program if your meals are prepared for you. I have heard fantastic accomplishment tales from people on the Zone at Home program. Excellent Luck!

Has anyone out there done any of these programs? I went Lifetime in Weight Watchers meetings years ago, but there is no local meeting where I now live, and online is more convenient anyway.
