How to avoid sagging skin and breasts with fast, major weight loss?

I weigh 420 lbs and am taking steps to lose this weight before I die of a heart attack or something. I plan to weigh 200 lbs by August. However, I am very concerned with sagging skins and breasts. I realize I will probably need some surgery, but I was hoping to give my skin a little help to avoid surgery as much as possible. What have some of you tried to avoid the major sagging skin that comes with major weight loss? Thank you all!

Your breasts will sag, sorry. The reason they appear full now is that breasts are made of two things, fat, and glandular tissue which makes milk. When you lose fat, you will lose it from your breasts, too and they will become smaller.

It is so very important to incorporate weight training. You will burn fat, and gain muscle which will help a lot with the sagging skin lot over your whole body. This is the slow approach. Diet and exercise. But if you do lose all that weight that fast, you skin will not contract that quickly.

With a country whose waistlines are increasing as steadily as the years are increasing, many individuals seek out fast weight loss ideas.  Dieting has always been the first thought that comes to mind for somebody who is seeking to lose weight quickly, but can dieting produce the type of results that instant gratification seekers are looking for?

The premise of dieting

Dieting comes in different shapes and forms, and quite honestly, there’s a diet out there for every taste, temperament, and lifestyle.  However, to say with 100% certainty that dieting can lead to fast weight loss is at the very least irresponsible, and in all likelihood, an outright lie.

The way dieting works is quite simple — you simply need to control, and monitor, the number of calories that you consume on a daily basis. What many people fail to understand is that you do not always have to completely remove your favorite foods, or meals, from your diet in order to lose weight — it’s all about knowing and understanding your BMR, or Basal Metabolic Rate, and lowering your daily caloric intake to some number below your BMR.  Losing weight is dead simple, at least on paper, and this is all there is to it.

Fast weight loss through dieting

There are several problems with the concept of fast weight loss, and some that are specifically applicable to dieting.  Our bodies need a certain number of calories on a daily basis just to function.  If we do not consume enough calories, our bodies will be less effective throughout the day, will be fatigued, more prone to sickness, and whole slew of other negative side effects.  The only way to lose weight quickly through dieting is by seriously restricting your daily caloric intake, or even completely eliminating it; neither of which are recommended.

Diets can be a wonderful thing, and your diet will be even more effective if you eat the right types of foods, eat at the right time of the day, and incorporate a sensible exercise routine.  However, dieting, in almost any sense of the word you can imagine, cannot be used to help you with your fast weight loss goals.  You can lose weight quickly, albeit temporarily, through certain types of diets to help remove excess water from your body, but the losses in weight are short lived as they are technically water weight loss as opposed to fat weight loss.

At the end of the day, it’s important that you know this: fast weight loss cannot be achieved through a traditional diet, and fast-fat weight loss, at least outside of nonsurgical means, is not impossible, but implausible at best.

i heard a lot about acai berry and other medicine for diet. But since it’s a medicine i wonder if it’s healty for me. Any advice?

Absolutely not! Approximately 95% of all supplements and diet pills are a complete waste of money anyway. They are simply luring you in with their devious marketing ploys to try and get you to believe that there is a "magic pill in a bottle" that will solve all of your body fat and muscle issues and have you looking like the fitness model on the bottle in a couple days.

The fact is that you don’t need supplements to develop the body of your dreams! All you need is the most effective style of training, the right mindset, as well as good quality wholesome food in the right combinations and proportions, at the right times, and in the right quantities to achieve whatever your goals are… whether they are fat burning or muscle building goals.

Fast effective weight loss for a 13 Year old?

Hey, I’m 13. Woot woot. Anyway. I think im 5.6 or 5.7. I weigh 12 Stone =l. Thats one stone above the average adult and im only a teen D=. What are some FAST effective weight loss plans? Im looking for realistic goals around 2 to 3 or EVEN 4 pounds a week.

please i am sick of being over weight i really need help! with the menu maybe some workout ideas with a treadmill, jump rope, and and just carpet=] thank you soooooo much=]

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.

Nothing works, besides dedication and intelligence towards the subject of losing weight.

First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…

This is a must especially if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some good hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s good for the heart.

However, I find the most hardest part of losing weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a great addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is true, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a fat binder. I saved money on the pills at http://theweightlossplace .com along with getting some good info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full.
