What is the best way to lose 10 pounds in 25 days?

I want to lose ten pounds in 25 days and i was wondering what’s the safest way to do it and also keep off the weight. I am currently 5′3" and am 126 pounds. I have found that i look best when i weigh between 115-122 pounds (less is better for me). I want to burn off the tummy fat and tone down my arms some more. Thanks for the help.

How do I lose 7 pounds in less than a month?

I need to lose 7 pounds in under a month. It’s not for spring break or anything, I just really want to. I am my perfect weight for my height, but I just want to lose some body fat. What are some quick and easy ways to drop a few pounds. Thank you so much!

The best way to lose weight quickly is to stick to a couple of golden rules that I live by every day.

1- Do the yoga exercise called the sun salutation every morning 15 times (you can learn more about this if you google it.)

2- Become a vegetarian. If this is too difficult you can still eat fish and chicken just reduce your red meat intake (beef and pork) to twice a week. Eat lots of fruit and veggies!

3- Drink 5 cups of green tea a day. You will notice that at first you will go to the bathroom more often, but this is the tea and veggies and fruit cleaning all the "garbage" out of your system.

I do this everyday but it this is just a quick fix for you then try it for a week and enjoy the way that you will feel and look!

Best way to lose 10 pounds fast for a 15 year old?

I want to lose about 10 pounds as quickly as possible. I am 5′ 1/4 of an inch and my weight fluctuates between 110-115 pounds. I have a problem with eating like crap one day, then not eating for two or three days in a row because I feel so guilty about eating the bad food. I stay pretty thin this way, but if I can get the same results by eating as I do by not eating, I would like it more.

Simply put, what’s the best way to lose that last stubborn 10 pounds, either through exercise, eating healthy, or both?

Helpful Tips for weight loss:

1)A good way to loose weight is to use a calorie counter watch

Keep to a 1,200 food intake

Add 1,200 plus 3,500 (equals one pound of fat) …and that is the total amount of calories you need to burn each day. Its actually really easy once you start watching the numbers and it doesn’t seem like work or exercise. Its just a matter of changing the way you think about loosing weight.

I use this method when i gain some pounds. The first time I did this I went from 168 to 127

2) Most people do not get enough water in their system. Water is your body’s principal chemical component, comprising, on average, 60 percent of your weight. Every system in your body depends on water. For example, water flushes toxins out of vital organs, carries nutrients to your cells and provides a moist environment for ear, nose and throat tissues.

Lack of water can lead to dehydration, a condition that occurs when you don’t have enough water in your body to carry out normal functions. To determine if you are getting enough water use this simple formula.. Take your weight, for example 150 pounds and divide by 2. Take your answer which is 75 lbs and change it to ounces, in this case 75 ounces. That is how many ounces of water you need a day. Your body performs mostly on water. If you make sure you get enough water everyday your body will perform at top notch and your body will no longer have the cravings of junk food. You will have a better performing body system to help you work out and feel better thru out your day.

Okay…I only started five Mondays ago and All I do is walk one hour every morning. I wear a calorie counter monitor to loose weight by the numbers. I have already lost two pant size and 27 pounds. I am a woman and have three kids and this is the method I use when I gain weight.. I am now at a size two and everyone is always amazed that I have had three kids. This is what I do below when I throw on a few extra pounds. It always works..No diet pills, no energy drinks..just me walking and getting the water I need. Of course I watch what I eat and the Lean Cuisine meals are great for that since the calories per box are 180 to 380 per box. Just make sure you eat healthy every three to four hours so your body will perform at its max.

How can I lose 20 pounds in 2 months by running?

I am a cross country runner- and Im trying to get in shape and lose some fat by summer time. My question to you, is how many miles a day do you suppose I should run to lose 20 pounds in 2 months? I am 5/7 and probably 135 pounds.

ummm don’t lose anymore then 10.. you would be way to skinny. Even at 135… you are pretty thin!! But I lost 30 pounds in 3 months by running 4 miles for about 1.5 months.. and 7/8 for 1.5 more months..

Plus please don’t become anorexic!

I am 5"11 and weigh 189 pounds. I want to lose 10 pounds but i dont know how. I want to know how to lose 10 pound by skipping. Like how long do i have to skip and how many times a week and ect. Thanks for you input.
By the way, i want to do it naturally, no pills or anything. And i need actualy times and numbers of how much i should do a day.
