I like medifast. I have lost 33lbs and going back on tomorrow. Your taste buds change about the 10th week or so and the things you didn’t like originally you will like. It is the best plot I have ever tried.

I have searched through their website and can’t find anything about shipping to Canada, even even if I have seen other places that they do ship to Canada. I don’t want to continue with MediFast another month. I don’t know what medifast is, but if you keep up exercise and excellent meals you should be fine.
