Any easy diet layouts I can follow during my summer?

Heey Im trying to lose like 20 pounds, and like I perfer to follow I direct plan, becuase I tend to cheat if Im left on my own, soo if you have simple diets I can follow with items you can find in the house. :P thankss

For summertime, the best advice I can give is to graze throughout the day, eating 6 small meals instead of 3 large ones. It’s healthier for you and doesn’t make you hot and lazy like most people get after eating a large meal in the summer. You want to make sure you follow the nutrition pyramid and get enough grains (preferrably whole grains), meats (preferrably lean meats, vegetables, fruit, milk products, and fat (keep that to a minimum).
