Can anybody teach me how to make a prescription diet?

could you explain it to me or could you direct me to a website. Like for example making a calculated diet for a diabetic patient and stuff. I know I am asking too much…but I really need your help.Thanks.

If you need a diet for someone who has a serious medical condition like diabetes then I suggest going to a doctor. Otherwise if you are just trying to loose weight then her are some of the mathematics. It takes 3500 calories to make 1 pound of fat in the human body. What that means is if you eat 5500 calories and only expend 1200 then you net yourself 4300 calories for the day and 1 pound. This is easy to do with foods today. It is recommended that the average adult human consume 2200 to 2800 calories a Day. Remember that you expend them doing any thing during the day. However calories add up quick so you must be conscious about what you eat and when you eat it.If you eat a high caloric meal at the end of the day when your body is going into rest mode it will more then likely be stored as fat. Also cut out as much sugar as possible from your diet. The fad of carbohydrate counting is once again fading away which is good because over time this type of dieting makes you very sick. This form of Atkins diet was around in the mid 90′s only back then it was called the high protein diet but it was exactly the same and failed to catch on for health problems as well.
