Diet & Workout for weight gain?
hey i am a 18 yr ancient male and weigh 68kg(150lbs) and i find it impossible to gain weight no matter wat or how much i eat. Can some one give me or direct me to a excellent detailed diet on what to eat, how much and when and also a weekly or fortnightly workout routine i can do to gain muscle mass and place on some weight. ive tried so many different things ive found on the net and nothing seems to work. Please help.
i am also 18 and i also weigh 150 lbs. so i have been asking around as well. my acquaintances best friend is like 20-somethin and he said when he was 18 he weighed 145 and now he is absolutely HUGE (bodybuilder status) so i questioned him how he did it. and here is what he said:
"You need to eat a lot. I was eating 6 meals a day. 2 of those meals were protein shakes by myoplex. I drank a gallon of water a day and took creatine. I also used nitrix oxide supplements before each workout. NOS. Worked out 4 times a week minimum and did very small cardio although i would recommend that more. You have to work out your legs. That will give you a lot of strength and size. I hired a trainer also that i have used for over a year now."
there you have it from him.
i have gone from 144 to 151 here in the last couple weeks and i have done that by doing linking 60-110 pushups a night in sets of 20-30 and lifting 2-3 times a week. i also have been eating a lot and drinking a lot of protein shakes. drinking a lot of water helps.
excellent luck and for sure update me on ur progress cuz i’ll be interested.
peace

get the digital basic option, the rest is fascinating but all the vital stuff is in the basic pack.References :
You need to go to a gym and start working out before you can gain muscle mass. You have to work for muscle, it doesn’t just magically grow on its own.References :
depends on what you eat. Eat at least 1gram of protein per pound of weight, so for you it would be at least >150 grams of protein. Eat, eat ,eat every 2-3 hours. If you’re looking for muscle gain, do heavy weights with low reps. If you can do whatever it is your lifting >8reps per set, add weight. Diet: eat lots of fish, nuts, chicken, turkey, milk, protein shakes. If you don’t care about a small bit of stout, eat pizza – lots of protein and stout. Helps you grow. Hope this helps.References : Doing it myself right now
