Inexperienced vegetarians, have you encountered any health issues right after you turned vegetarian?

Any medical problems you ran into as a direct result of your change in diet, and how did you get around them?
Yup I am a huge fan of quinoa too!
AND I like to eat tofu nonstop! I reckon that should be more than enough proteins I will need.
I never did. In fact, the change made me feel better and I didn’t get sick as much (like stomachs and whatnot)
When I went vegetarian, my family was very worried about my health. Mostly, be sure to incorporate enough proteins(like beans and nuts) and dairy(cheese). Experiment with different and more healthy alternatives. I learned Quinoa, a small grain, nearly like couscous, but with a nutty flavor. You can place it in soups, salads, nearly anything!References :

I had went from meat eater to vegan overnight.. I have Stirring Bowel Disease, so after changing my diet my condition got of poorer quality. But once I hit around my 3rd or 4th week of the change, everything cleared up. The change really helped with my condition. My incorporation has improved and I don’t get the terrible symptoms of my disease as often..
Waiting it out worked for me, but I don’t recommend it. I would suggest seeing a doctor if you are worried.References :
