Question about the Feingold Diet and other ADD/ADHD diets…?

To follow The Feingold Diet or most other ADD/ADHD diets should I basically just cut out sugar and eat organic foods adding more veggies and fruits? Am I getting the overall idea? Also how do I know which ADD diet to try? Is The Feingold Diet the best? Please direct me to a website that might help me compare or just give me your feedback. THANKS!!

Im learning too my son has ADD http://www.betterhealthinfo.net/enter this is about supplements.

Actually it is a lot more complicated than that. It seems sensible to eat more fruit and veggies, but fruit is actually one of the worst things you can have for ADHD. As you will see in most ADHD diets a lot of different fruits are limited. Fruit contains a natural chemical called -, salycilates which often affects kids worse than food coloring.

The right diet is free from food colors, preservatives, additives, flavors and flavor enhancers. But also avoiding foods that contain natural chemicals.

one of the best authors I have seen on the topic. Is Sue Dengate, a quick search of her name will bring you a lot of the information you need.
