Does it the www.ediets.com web site works?

I want to star follow in up with a web site for my diet. Does anyone know if this one is excellent or I would be better of you weight watchers?

I used ediets and dropped about 18 pounds. But I got very bored with their menu and needed a more open variety of food. So of course I gained most of it back. But then I was introduced to two websites that are FREE. The first one is www.sparkpeople.com and it allows me to track my calories, fitness, and has a ton of recipes, motivation, blogs, etc….. I have lost about 10 pounds and kept it off. It introduced me to a wide variety of food on their menu plans or I just track my everyday eating. the other website is calorieking or calorie counter. Never tried them but I know they are free as well. Look into it because weight watchers and ediets sometimes limit your food. *Remember that weight loss needs to be gradual in order to stay off.
