no they are not free but they want u to give them ur confidence card info so that they can charge u for the receipes, support and everything else u use on the site. i say call the 800# ASAP to cancel it so that they dont charge ur card.References :
they only charge you if you want an eating plot. but i just use their BMI calculator. They also have some caring articles on there and you can also sign up for their e-newsletter for free.References :
