I’m 16 and I used … I’m 16 and I used to weigh 230 pounds in August, nearly pure stout. Now I weigh 165 and most of my weight is muscle. I have a healthy diet, many small meals throughout the day, consisting of healthy choices. I workout routinely and these two combined helped me shed most of the stout but now I wanna focus on bringing up the rear the tiny tiny layer of stout hiding my abs, chest, and definition. I know plateaus and I’ve gone through a few already but this one is killing me. Any tips?

Some people like me … Some people like me can eat healthy carbs in the evening lacking putting on stout but I agree if you are not active like doing weight lifting or something like that where you need energy then you should have lowcarb meals in the evening.
