I reckon the whole … I reckon the whole secret formulas people present nowadays is a small misleading. The body and the chemicals in it react the same way. If you eat carbs in fantastic quantities, you’ll gain stout. It’s that simple. One has to give up his favorite food in order to lose weight, there’s no magic here.
