    seajist, you only …
seajist, you only burn about 25%-35% of the calories you consume through physical activity.. the other 65-75% of your caloric nutrients go toward replenishing the body, thinking, heartbeats, and breathing along with organ function… as well as sleep… now if your only eatting 400-600 calories per day.. you will not sufficiently promote your body, your body will go into survival mode, and store whatever calories it can, as well as release cortisol which will break down muscle

  18. barjay8519 says:

    some people are …
some people are more prone to being stout because their body secretes more digestive enzymes than others, but this only means tha t they are capable of building more muscle in the end and thus far burning more calories.. I like to call these people desiel and if they place their body to the test they should have no problem being muscularly fit and in shape just in a different form than say someone who would be smaller and with less body stout (secreting less enzymes from the digestive tract)

  19. barjay8519 says:

    a persons body is …
a persons body is imbalanced because of 2 reasons and primarily 2 reasons only… A. an IMBALANCED DIET and as a symptom of A. they usually go hand in hand.. B. IMBALANCED physical activity, or lack of caloric efficiency (taking on more calories than one needs) Thus far the only 2 things we as a human being lacking medical or methodical intercession can do are: A. right improper and imbalanced diet and B. utilizing your calories by mixing lifting weights with cardiovascular workouts

  22. seajist says:

    what about a crash …
what about a crash diet lacking exercise? you naturally burn a honest amount of calories per day just by doing nothing..decrease your caloric intake to 400-600 a day, take some centrum silver and you’re excellent to go. additionally, just make 400-600 intake meat, eat some low calorie vegetables and done

  23. Varceo1137 says:

doubtless, but a crash diet is basically a starvation diet, so it will not work long term, because you are not getting enough nutrients in the body. That’s just what I’ve heard.
