Should i buy any expensive supplements, powders, or diet pills for fast weight loss?
i heard a lot about acai berry and other medicine for diet. But since it’s a medicine i wonder if it’s healty for me. Any advice?
Absolutely not! Approximately 95% of all supplements and diet pills are a complete dissipate of money anyway. They are simply luring you in with their devious marketing ploys to try and get you to believe that there is a "magic pill in a bottle" that will solve all of your body stout and muscle issues and have you looking like the fitness model on the bottle in a couple days.
The fact is that you don’t need supplements to develop the body of your dreams! All you need is the most effective style of training, the right mindset, as well as excellent quality wholesome food in the right combinations and proportions, at the right times, and in the right quantities to realize whatever your goals are… whether they are stout burning or muscle building goals.

There are a few supplements that may help with weight loss, but there is no miracle weight loss pill or supplement. The most weight that people lost as a result of taking these is in the range of 5-6 pounds.
When I evaluate a weight loss supplement I look to see if there are any methodical studies that really support the weight loss claims. This doesn’t mean "testimonials". It means controlled methodical studies!
Unfortunately not many supplements have undergone the kind of rigorous testing that prescription medications must go through, so the next thing I look at is what the other health benefits of the supplement are. If it has excellent overall health benefits and at least some methodical studies suggesting that it is useful for weight loss then it may be worth the investment.
But there is one more thing you need to look at and that is the manufacturer. Unfortunately with many over the counter supplements manufacturers are less than scrupulous. The supplements may not even contain what the mark indicates.
If I were to recommend ONE supplement it would be fish oil. Fish oil does appear to facilitate weight loss and it has a ton of other health benefits. You just need to be careful if you are on blood thinners, which I suspect you are not. Salmon oil or krill oil is best because the pigment in these oils also helps with weight loss and is a very potent antioxidant. But once again, you aren’t going to lose 20 pounds just by taking fish oil and you must be careful about manufacturers.
Protein shakes, mainly ones made from whey protein can help with weight loss when used as meal supplements in a 6-meal a day diet plot. I usually recommend using shakes for two or three meals and then eating lean meats or fish, vegetables and fruits for the other 3. But again, be careful which manufacturer you buy from!
I have information on some of the well loved weight loss supplements on my website at http://www.physicians-weight-loss-tips.com if you are interested.
As for acai berries, they doubtless wont hurt you but there are no controlled methodical studies that show that they will help you lose weight any.

I have been through it all and know what’s it about. The main thing is to stick in there. You can’t be an addict to food and never exercise if you want to live a healthy life and keep the weight off. I’ve worked out, done every diet, and all types of classes.
Nothing works, besides keenness and acumen towards the subject of bringing up the rear weight.
First, depending on how much weight you need to lose, your diet is the first concern. You can’t eat 10,000 calories a day and expect the weight to come off, even if you are exercising a lot. Which brings us to the next thing. Duh, Exercising…
This is a must mainly if you need to a lot of weight. Get at least 30 mins of some excellent hardcore exercising. Do some cardio, in the long run, it’s excellent for the heart.
But, I find the most toughest part of bringing up the rear weight/keeping it off, in my diet. It’s so hard to keep your fingers out of the cookie jar or those chocolate goodies. I’ve found a fantastic addition to help any one out, it’s a natural weight loss supplement called Proactol. Now don’t get all crazy on me and say diet pills don’t work. That is right, but not in this case. This one isn’t meant to burn pounds while you sit on the couch. It’s an appetite suppressant, along with being a stout binder. I saved money on the pills at theweightlossplace. com along with getting some excellent info. It basically makes those fingers not go towards the cookie jar. For me it’s the best pill I’ve tried and I’ve tried cupboards full. Now this doesn’t mean you have to follow my foot steps but I’ve fruitfully lost roughly 70 pounds and keeping it off til this day.
Well excellent luck and remember what I said, Dedicate.
