I am going to conduct a methodical experiment with my body?I am 6’7" tall, 350lbs – yes, I am overweight, but being so tall, people usually guess my weight at around 250 (100 less!) because I carry it well, but, I am sick of it, and only 5 years ago I was 220lbs and the same height, so I have gaine a LOT of weight in the last 5 yrs and I don’t like it.
I am going to lose the weight, but I want to lose it in only 6 months or less. A doctor told me to go on an all-Cherrios diet, with 1% milk. He said it is a secret that nobody knows about, and it is 100% healthy since you get all your vitamins needed.
Is this right? or is there a better way? Honestly I am insterested only in speed weight loss, and not the most healthy. I can handle sideeffects like terrible headaches, sleep loss, rashes, pain, etc…if it means I will lose weight the fastest.
The doctor told me specifically that this diet will nto do that since you are getting all the nutriets needed. Your body doesnt know that the nutrients are not coming from varied sources, and said this does not qualify as a crash diet. It is unlike other diets, that are temporary…he said right after this you could go back to eating anything, as long as it is in moderation.
Keep in mind…when I was in shape most of my life, I ate like 2 or 3 pizzas a day and wouldn’t gain an ounce…my metabolism is still high, it’s just waiting to come out. I still have all my muscle too – it is just padded, like if you hit me in the stomach it is hard as a rock, even even if I am stout, my 6-pack is still underneath
Quick weight loss and crash diets do more than those side things, and you will pile the weight back on as soon as you stop the diet.
