Small frequent meals should be consumed during the day each containing a small protein to maintain muscle mass and energy levels. A high quality broad-spectrum vitamin and mineral supplement should also be taken on a daily basis.

I advise my clients to decrease their calories by just 500 per day (and no more) below their maintenance levels and they will be bringing up the rear 1 – 2 pounds of body stout every week, safely, lacking craving and lacking too much disruption to their lifestyle.
In conclusion remember, reckon long term here and that’s linking 30 and 50 pounds of stout lost in six months. Any quicker and all you will be bringing up the rear is water and precious muscle tissue.

Tips for super quick weight loss?I need to lose as much weight as possible in the next two weeks. I work out every day, I eat well and I am currently on a soup diet. I bought Senokot laxatives today, but am unsure how well they work for weight loss, and what brands might be better? I am taking Hoodia and water maintenance pills as well. I know this weight loss will not be long term, but it is for a really special occasion. Please help!
I should have mentioned that I have been boxing for 7 months now. I train three times a week (weights, circuits, pads, cut and thrust) with guys twice my size. (I am 5’2 female.) I try to run or go to the gym other days. Thank you to everyone who has already answered, it is much appreciated!
