You dont need to … You dont need to diet to lose weight.I was 235 in mid July,by first of August i was 228,and now I am 219.
I eat 1600 calories a day along with exercising.I did cut out most junk food that I found i didnt need to eat and I do have the occassiona snack then its only 1 serving.

eat more protien to … eat more protien to curb the need for sweets and try skinny cow ice creams, past is fine when its whole wheat try using non creamy sauces. fruit and yogart really help with suger cravings as well as a slice of bread with peanut butter.i lost 90 pounds this year so it worked for me.also add veggies to paste to fill you up. excellent luck hope that helped
