    i must say fantastic … i must say fantastic job ive been fighting my own weight battle for the past four years when i got out of high school i was 315 pounds i am 6’2 but i was pretty huge i got out of the shower and thought to myself that i look like my father who has always been obese from then on i when on a exercise and supplement binge i lost 75 pounds in 2 and a half months and am still tryin to lose more in at about 240 now got about another 20 pounds i dont really know you but i watched the vids and am proud

    gotta say one thing … gotta say one thing stay away from foods with high fructose corn syrup very terrible stuff that means stay away from pop even diet pop is terrible for you the eat lean meats eat your vegtables and fruits skip can foods and eat nuts and hummus is excellent as long as it’s original if you really want to loose wieght don’t diet eat right kinds of foods and workout will help you if you don’t like fruit like apples then eat grapes you can never go incorrect there

    Whey protein is to … Whey protein is to feed the muscles! I drink it mainly in the morning when I spike my insulin to absorb it because in the morning the muscles are SUPER catabolic. I also drink it post workout. Whey protein is a super vital supplement, but should be researched in order to get optimum results.

    Yes, on a excellent day. … Yes, on a excellent day. I have been fluctuating linking 160-165 due to swelling, increase carbohydrate intake (I eat them 4 out of 6 meals, I usually eat them 2-3 times per day), inability to do LOTS of hardcore workouts, and cortisol.
