I would really lose 10 pounds before school starts and I need a couple of tips to lose weight quick.

Eat 5 times a day but make your parts smaller and try not to drink chemicals, like soda, stay away from things with extra preservatives! make sure what you’re eating is healthy. eat fruits and vegetables, but you don’t need to really take junk food out. but stay away from them as much as possible!

Jump roping is very effecient, and so is having fun on the trampoline. Bike riding is also fantastic!
