    if someone just … if someone just works out but does not change their diet and consumes more calories than they are burning……increased muscle in the abdomen will make it stick out more, granted increased lean muscle will help in burning more stout but eventually your eating habits are #1 in bringing up the rear weight , so with your brutal workout i hope people realize they need to eat healthier as well and if they eat healthier then fantastic, you really can not butt one zone only but a strong core is fantastic for exercise
