    There are many excellent … There are many excellent waters, but the most vital general kind you should always drink is SPRING WATER. Buy them in glass bottles, if possible, but not vital…what is most vital is that it is spring water. Pick the one that resonates with you. For us, it varies ;-)

    hey bro.i’ve been … hey bro.i’ve been vegan for 12 years.and am now gonna try the raw food diet.thing is i train alot and have built up some decent strong muscle mass (all body weight training) usually use trek raw food bars for a small protein boost for after training.just want to make sure i dont get too skinny and drop all the muscle weight.i want to be a excellent and inspiring model of a vegan.any tips?

    i hae had long term thyroid issues, ive always known this as i have heard weird sucking noises in my inner ear when the tubes are empty n my neck. it kind of sounds like fizzy, when i was young they would be very large and distended, also blue looking under my skin
    i need some appropiate realistic knowledge , something fundamental to get me underway better with my weight loss.
    p.s i also have had along term problem with memory .

    As for 80-10-10 I … As for 80-10-10 I like the general concept, but again, it is too left brain how it is presented in terms of the ratio 80-10-10! So just take the gems from it, which is for me more fruit & less stout…and less blatant added fats like oil, more using only whole natural fats like avocados and young coconuts. Also, 80-10-10 only works best when one gets enough OXYGEN and EXERCISE! It is vital…

    It’s so hard for me … It’s so hard for me to reckon in calories dude as it’s way too left brain for me & it just ain’t my style! It seriously would take me hours of thinking, looking up things & of calculating things to even commence to have an thought & the shear act of me trying to do it all would affect what I eat that day for sure, meaning it wouldn’t even be an accurate representation of what I really eat. So I don’t mean to be hard, but I would just rather spend time making more vids & answering questions! peace!

    The thought is that you erect up a part of that missing weight. You can only do that by ingesting enough calories.

    I was loath in telling you to eat nuts, but they can help in storing stout that will give you a tremendous strength output.

    Is not about the animal proteins!

    i do delight in being … i do delight in being raw even if, i dont want people to reckon i am knocking the culture… i am well past 80% raw and i plot on stayin… i jus noticed that i lost strength, even if my mental and physical endurance is better than ever… jus my observation

    Eat ripe dates, figs, bananas or persimmons until you are loaded. Let the stomach empty and then go lift those weights.

    Strength comes from training, and you need the calories to do it.

    You will get more strength, more endurance, more health and a ripped body like it is impossible to produce on an animal based diet.

    Forget about unhealthy refined harvest like protein powders.

    The energy required to operate those blocks comes from the organism.

    The foods that provide you the most material for less expenditure are fruits and vegetables.

    That is why you feel fantastic. After exercising and fasting you will feel even more euphoric, and there are no sugars in the equation.

    You felt like after sweet potatoes because the hard type of incorporation robbed a lot of energy from your system.
