    i know what you … i know what you mean , i was like 300 pnds back then , and it is very uncomfortable jogging in ur area that huge, soo what you do is keep walking and walking then the next day just get quicker then same thing over the next day , and yes u will see the difference. but before you do this try to practise ur diet, eat less drink more then eat then drink more, very use full if ur dont eating small parts for ur self to reckon that u are full then after 5 mins u wont feel hungry at all. :)

    I eat 500 kals a day when on a diet.

    Never take pills! They’re so terrible for you, even if you lose weight when you stop taking them you place it back on. A person I know was taking pills and she stopped 2 years later then she place on 4 dress sizes and she’s now diabetic.

    bottled green tea … bottled green tea is normally just a small bit of tea diverse with a LOT of sugar. Green tea from a teabag + water is the only way. Rest assured even if these tips on the video are VERY basic so you can’t really go incorrect with them.
