The best way to lose weight fast (along with a healthy whole foods diet) is combining cardio with explosive strength-building exercise. Do each of these 4 exercises for 1 minute with 20-30 seconds of rest in between. Repeat the entire cycle 3 times for the full workout. Please be advised that these are advanced exercises and you should not perform them if they are beyond your skill level.

If you look through my playlists, most of the 12 Workouts/One month videos are apartment-friendly. For cardio moves like jumping jacks, etc, just replace them with quieter moves like mountain climbers and high elbow-to-knee touches. Hope this helps!

yes, exactly… there is a big difference between pain and burn and I describe it in a lot of my videos. Burn is an aching fatigue feeling. Pain is a sharp feeling that prevents you from doing the movement. Stay away from anything that causes pain!

oooh, I like the chalk idea! no, I’m not trying to kill you!! using a bench is fine… I teach people how to do push-ups etc. on a high surface and lower it each session until they’re on the floor. I still do inverted pull-ups in addition to true pull-ups because there’s still a great benefit. the best exercise for you is whatever burns…

I do the “dynamic squats” except I call them “wall jumps” – It a great way to keep your knees from going over your toes…i also chalk/powder my hands to see how high i can jump….
back to the mountain climbers…i sometimes use a bench instead of the floor….it’s good for those of us that aren’t in the greatest of physical shape….jumping lunges and verbees….gawd, r u trying to kill me???
