You are still growing, I can tell from the way you said ‘my age’. Just keep up doing your exercise and increase it if you can. The key is to do your most at all times but NEVER OVER. I don’t know how ancient you are so I won’t recommend weights just yet. Maybe start if not already playing sports that requires arm muscle. Swimming, football, basketball will help you and slowly and subtlely erect your arms up lacking pushing you to your limit. They’re also fantastic fun.

i wanted to know … i wanted to know why i don’t have any energy after working out at the gym or doing aerobics? i eat normal, 3 times a day, try to boost up my metabolism and when i get home i can’t go from the sofa… and yet another, how many times should i work out to lose stout? i try to work out regularly 4-5 times a week, but i only get larger muscles and i don’t lose stout so now i look even larger, for one thing i am sure-can’t eat less, when i train i get even larger apetite.
