You are still growing, I can tell from the way you said ‘my age’. Just keep up doing your exercise and increase it if you can. The key is to do your maximum at all times but NEVER OVER. I don’t know how old you are so I won’t recommend weights just yet. Maybe start if not already playing sports that requires arm muscle. Swimming, football, basketball will help you and slowly and subtlely build your arms up without pushing you to your limit. They’re also great fun.

i wanted to know why i don’t have any energy after working out at the gym or doing aerobics? i eat normal, 3 times a day, try to boost up my metabolism and when i get home i can’t move from the sofa… and yet another, how many times should i work out to lose fat? i try to work out regularly 4-5 times a week, but i only get bigger muscles and i don’t lose fat so now i look even bigger, for one thing i am sure-can’t eat less, when i train i get even bigger apetite.
