I am starting a new thing where I blog about bringing up the rear weight. I am at the start of a long journey to lose weight and get fit and healthy by eating right and exercising. I call it the “hard way” because it’s not just a quick fix for now, not a fad, and not a pill. This is the real way to lose weight, and it’s going to take sweat and tears and self-control and behavior modification.

i ran 6 miles … i ran 6 miles everyday since april
but on june 21 i went to the hospital and stayed there until june 30th so i couldn’t run those days and i started at 2 miles and now i am at 4 miles
but because of this heat in the 90s and humid i can’t run
my doctor told me to not run more then 3 miles because 6 miles is too much she told me and i run 6 miles in 70 minutes
i know how you feel about your weight i’m 120 and 5.2 and i look very stout
but my doctor says i have a distroted body image
I was told by my … I was told by my Mom to watch you because you had motivated her to loose weight. ..10 pounds in 2 weeks. You are gorgeous! I like your personality. You’re very pretty. … You’re very pretty. I know how you feel even if. I weigh the same i’m trying to lose it, it is possible. I was 45lbs heavier about 3 or 4 months ago and I lost it. I need to still lose about 40-50 more lbs even if. Also people who are active do eat alot. I used to eat 5 to 6 times a day and i was dropping weight like crazy. but you still want to stay in the 1500 to 1800 cal zone. Moderation is key. =) Excellent luck to you. Stay positive and don’t get discouraged, you can do it.

My goal weight is 130 but i’d be pleased with something in a 150 range. I’ve had three kids and i just really want the body i had before they where born…to a degree. : )

shanti, you’re so … shanti, you’re so silly in this video with the body shots! lol. this is the first time i’ve watched this. you were definately always cute and smart, but you’ve come so far with your health and weight now, you look so heatlhy now. you don’t really talk about how you feel about your body now that you’ve lost weight, you’re pleased with your arms and A’s?
I know exactly what … I know exactly what you’re talking about with the extra pocket of stout above your butt. I currently weight about 195 and I have that same thing, same stomach stout as well, but I am only 5’2″ so I look much fatter than you did at this weight. You’ve done a fantastic job doing these videos, they are very inspirational. Thanks.
