@2hearts I also … @2hearts I also wanted to add… don’t place your life off until you are thin. If you have it all wired up in your mind that life doesn’t start till your thin, you are setting yourself up for failure. You are still you, no matter what your body looks like. This is why it is so vital to like yourself NOW and live your life to the fullest NOW. Ok, I’m done… for now. LOL

Thanks for replying … Thanks for replying, that was cool. I have to start somewhere. Small steps to change habits like not stocking up on carbs at my desk, dont snack after a meal. Thats so stupid. I like to call it, “got to have something sweet”. I will really try this. Taking my snacks away today. Thank you beyond words for motivating me more. I weigh over 200 lbs and my goal is 140. I’m 33 years ancient and despise my stout body. My husband hasnt seen me in about 3 years. Its time. Its pass time. Wish me luck.

This has helped me … This has helped me get motivated about getting started bringing up the rear weight. I just dont know where to start. The music was cool, really made me nearly take a nap but I loved it. I would so like to see my real body again. I had lots of fun while thin. Now I want even get into a swim suit with my kids. I havent for 3 years. Sad. Anyway, congrats!
