Hi Balak,

It sounds like you have a good routine going but to clarify there may be some upside from either frequency or intensity: Maintaining a good frequency over time is vital for body sculpting - or getting the look you want in the areas you want. Getting a trim stomach being such an example. As a broad guide look for minimum of 3, ideally 4+ sessions per week over a 6 month plus period. Maintain it.

On intensity, depending on your age, make sure that you're keeping your heart rate in the right zone. High enough to burn fat/ low enough that your not staying only in the cardio zone. Within your sessions its also cool to work high and recover, but make sure you're pushing hard enough, consistently enough to make a difference.

Without going as far as surgery (lipo or otherwise) you may want to try some diet supplements that assist with fat buring by upping the metabolism rate - in combination with the above exercise routine.

Good luck !
References :
I'd say keep up on the cardio - but don't kill yourself. But if you're like me, you just do happen to have that little bit of fat over your belly. Rest assured, it's normal. I work out 6 days a week.....and for the life of me, cannot get rid of mine. Course I do believe mine is due in part to having had a really bad weight problem from the time I was 6 to my early 20's.....certain areas of skin got stretched out and won't retract any more. Currently, I stand about 5ft 8, weigh about 205 lbs and wear a 32/34 pant size. I'm telling you this so you understand that I'm at a good place, physically speaking, but like you - can't get rid of that little bit of fat.

What you might want to try is doing crunches....or if you do belong to a gym, talk to a Personal Trainer and see what they might advise. As well, you can also investigate a bit of liposuction and a little tummy tuck - which is something I have inquired about - but haven't gotten.

Good luck to you. I hope this helps you.
References :
reduce stomach fat not the body weight?
I do workout and have good moderate physic. Only problem is with little fat over the stomach. I know fat cannot be reduced targeting on particular part of body. Cardio can help burning fat. Here is the problem, when I start doing cardio I do loss my body weight and in month or so looks lean. But fat still remains over the stomach. What should I do to get rid of those unwanted flush. I don’t want to reduce weight and muscle, only fat over the stomach. Any specific exercise?
