what a load of … what a load of shit. this is not 500 calories, unless your morbidly obese like 30stones,otherwise no way you will burn 500 calories that quick. a 145lb guy has to run at 6mph for 1hour to burn just about 500 cals. less for women. they just saying that for the views.

You can also do this making a bicep curl instead of pushing your arms up and if it’s less strenuous on your knees try a lunge forward (alternate legs) instead of doing a sit on your heels. All of these combos will burn stout like there is no tomorrow!

umm just one … umm just one comment. For the shoulder press with a sit on your heels she seems to rather quick. For someone who has problems with their knees or shoulders would this cause possible injury? Wouldnt it be better if she did this slower? I like the mountain climber tho!

You most likely … You most likely have to do it pretty quick to keep your heart rate up. Sounds plausible.

I’m not an expert.. and maybe I missed something, the work out looks pretty simple to me … but maybe because I’m in excellent shape and usually go to the gym for about 2-3 hours 5 days a week for boxing and runnin and other work outs… then running on saturdays …

Drink plenty of … Drink plenty of water (regardless), stretch gently before you start and warm up, and don’t eat for a while before you start, if you have problems with stuff like that.
