    Start by planing a health and intelligent diet,
    Fatloss workout and some muscle pumping.
    Ps: try eating food that fills your Stomach but doesnt have that much calories.(Bread,)

    No. You can’t spot … No. You can’t spot train. Focus on eating right, cutting down part sizes, and throwing in more cardio. Observably, strength training as well.

    start with a … start with a smaller box n concentrate on sticking the landing…it’ll come eventually…you’ll lose weight and gain a lot of athletism doing this type of training as apposed to static, bodybuilding weights training
