    Usually agree with this guy, but you do not need to be an athlete or do tons of cardiovascular work to be in the 5-12% range….Its all done with diet . I went from 16% to 8% and I never did ANY cardio

    What is your calorie intake like? Are you tracking what you eat? Regardless if it’s “low fat” or not, you will still need to create a deficit, and stay consistent with this deficit throughout the weekend. Also, if you do the same type of cardio for too long, your body will grow used to it (Hence why you’ll see chubby looking instructors at gym classes, but they have crazy endurance/stamina.)

    just my opinion.
