    fuck all this … all this cardio and all this crap about squats (WOW I SPELT IT WRONG…maybe lol) and crutches (MAYBE I SPELT IT WRONG TOO! OMG).

    Just join a club and train there, simplest way. diets. All you have to do is not eat junk food 24/7. Go out once in a while. And the best thing is, Jog! Go out for a run once in a while, it will help lol.

    cant lose belly stout … cant lose belly stout as stout cannot be reduced in one spot alone… You need to loose total body stout in order to get belly stout off..

    only cardio will … only cardio will get rid of belly stout. When the abs start to come through, then any ab exercise is excellent enough to start getting them ripped. Bicycles are a tough workout for the abs.
