There is no side … There is no side effect, but you will need to make sure you drink lots of water. It is a detox wrap so it will be releasing toxins that need to be flushed out of your body. You don’t want to place the wrap on and then take it off straight away. You will need to wear it for a min of 45 minutes–basically long enough for the product to get absorbed into your skin. Once it has absorbed you can take it off. You will track your inch loss over a 72 hour period. Record the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd day and then add up your total inch loss.
