There is no side effect, but you will need to make sure you drink lots of water. It is a detox wrap so it will be releasing toxins that need to be flushed out of your body. Yes, 4 body wraps come in a box so if you want to wrap your stomach 1x week this would be a month supply. Great question–the actual body wrap is a non-woven cloth that has the 12 natural herbs on one side. It’s like a large patch that you apply to the area you want to target. You leave it on for 45 minutes, or long enough for the product to be absorbed into the skin. Once it’s in the skin, it starts breaking down the fat and toxins. Great question! Yes the wrap will show if you wear shorts. If you want to wrap and go out, I would advise wearing pants or leggings. You don’t want to put the wrap on and then take it off right away. You will need to wear it for a min of 45 minutes–basically long enough for the product to get absorbed into your skin. Once it has absorbed you can take it off. You will track your inch loss over a 72 hour period. Record the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd day and then add up your total inch loss.
