And yes you can … And yes you can lose stout and gain muscle at the same time. If you are in the right energy balance, you will lose stout while you are causing your muscles to tear, and consequently, erect themselves back up. Building muscle is not like building a model, when you place the proteins together they get huge, its all about injuring your muscles to the point that they be converted into stronger and more efficient, and you CAN accomplish that while the body is bringing up the rear weight.
Not necessarily, … Not necessarily, when you work out the calories that you are burning do not necessarily come from excess stout on the body, many times the body will use stored muscle tissue to feed the energy need because protein is simpler to burn than stout, you lose stout when you are in the right balance, if you leave your house for the gym absolutely starving, the body will use muscle tissue before it uses stout because it will be simpler to convert, if you leave with a set alight carb/protein meal it will be different.

your straying from … your straying from your initial argument… Yes, you should do cardio while bulking to minimize stout gain..you can not but “burn stout” while gaining lean mass.. which is what you said in your first post..it is very hard and requires extreme supplementation and dieting, stop talking about it, you signal stupid.

you dont have to choose wether you want to do just cardio or just weight training which is demonstrated in my above text…
when you do carido … when you do carido yes you are corrct calories are burned but that excess stout that you have is burned off as a source of fuel for your body.
I know all that about the infinitesimal tears, even if im not quite sure non of my friends believe me that that is how your muscles break down/rebuild.

No its not, doing … No its not, doing cardio and weight training burn calories. They do not make you lose weight. The body loses weight when you are in a negative energy balance, from eating less calories than your body is burning. Cardio focuses heavily on burning calories while weight training focuses on causing infinitesimal tears in muscle tissue causing the muscles to repair themselves and get stronger/larger. Get your facts straight.

yes but i said “at … yes but i said “at the same time” meaning you can not place on some LBM and lose stout while doing so.. its any cut or bulk, unless your on some precise dieting and some kind of test.

Sure there is. By … Sure there is. By building mass the body(muscles in genereal) require more energy when they are larger so they will burn more calories = burning stout when combined with the right diet. But i know what you are trying to say, it’s very hard to get both on an even playing feild.

wow fantastic job man. … wow fantastic job man. the jump from the 8 week mark to the 16 is very impressive. right now i look somewhere linking week 2 and 5 now, but i hope to be week 16 status by summer
Dude they are … Dude they are incredibly excellent results for the limited time you spent in the gym, and the ammount of protein you took. People in of poorer quality shape than yourself at the start will need a lot more persistance and effort even if. No simple way outs or cheap tricks its just unadorned hard work that will get you into shape.
