@KristyDarkDream … @KristyDarkDream work on your cardio!! you need to run on the tredmill or go on the elyptical machine. the workouts dont really burn the stout, they just erect muscle. as long as you do your ab workouts AND cardio to burn the calories youll be burning stout alot quicker.
