    I bought his program and was very disappointed. 1) many pages devoted to why fast food and most restaurant food is bad for you. We know this. 2) In his e-book (as well as his videos) he says that he is EXPERIMENTING with diet and training. I don’t want to pay $50.00 for experimentation. ? 3) The e-book he sent me had NO BACK TRAINING in it. Maybe he thought I was born without a back and didn’t need it? In short, everything he said can be found online for free.

Overdeveloped traps look ugly and take away from shoulder width making you look all bunched up any like every roided out monstrocity in every gym. Every bodybuilder has huge traps and big saggy pecs….none with proportion and wide shoulders.

    Why did my body fat stopped dropping? I am 11% and it doesn’t drop. I eat real clean, I avoid any junk or fast food. Workout 6x a week, lift weights and do cardio. My jeans get smaller but body fat machine says I am the same. Is it from the machine? I eat all those foods you mentioned and I see muscle results, also my show better every week , but stupid body fat analyzer says I’m 11 or 13 or 14 percent. Its real annoying because I work out real hard day by day but….? ANY ADVICE

    @jacknewman01 it’s kind of funny because I’m doing cardio, but afraid to do weight lifting because I’m afraid certain areas will get too bulky ^O^.

    Thing is, I’d do the Cardio. With proper diet and a good workout plan, you’ll up the size of your arms in time.

    the fat wont go away on your lower abs unless you lower your body fat. to do this, strict diet and WALK. Walking burns proportionally more fat.

    hey im 6 foot 2 and quite thin, iv got a six pack but have a little bit of fat on my lower abs, also there a little uneven, will eating 6 meals a day increase the size of my sixpack muscles and reduce fat? i exercise 5 days a week and train abs 2-3 times a week but atm do no cardio cuz im affraid il get to thin in my arms any ideas?
