many people say hula hooping helps, and i reckon it does if you use one of those huge heavy ones. as you hula hoop, the hoop is putting pressure around your waist and you are also moving that area, so i would certainly do about 10-20 mins a day

really it makes … really it makes perfect sense. i’m sure you have been in the business, but 1500 is the absolute minimum you need if you don’t do much. add in exercise and 1800 for sarah sounds perfect. that’s how i did it.
ok last time i … ok last time i chked my stout percentage was last skool year like starting of last skool year and it was like 25% lolz and now i got taller and skinnier and more muscles now so idk how much mine is but my height is 5’11 and weight bout 165 is tht healthy?

Its because women … Its because women have a larger hip bone because of child birth. In that case, when you get older the stout kinda leans towards there.
I’m sorry, but … I’m sorry, but those percentages are not right. A healthy woman can have anywhere from about 18%-24.9%. Women naturally have more body stout than men because of menstruation, giving birth, etc…
