Reason i question is i have been on a diet and have noticed a huge change all over my body and im a lot thinner all other my body. I have also noticed even if that my breasts have gone really small and are half the size due to the amount of stout ive lost on my upper body. My thighs and buttocks are starting to go now slowly but gradual.
I gain weight on my stomach mostly but no matter how much I lose I can never flatten it.
When I first start bringing up the rear weight it is more noticeable on my face, upper arms and chest.
You lose stout all over but where you lose it fastest/the most depends on what exercise you’re doing, how much muscle and stout you have in different areas, body shape and stuff like that.
It is different for everyone. Some people lose weight from their stomach first, on others it could be their thighs. Usually, the first place you gain weight is the last place you lose it.References :
