Bodyweight exercise training is a cheap, quick, and effective way to stout lacking cardio exercise. You really dont need to go to a gym if you want to lose weight, belly stout, and get a flat stomach.

You know why? Because the truth is that diet is the most vital part of stout loss, and as long as you have a excellent diet and you are eating fewer calories than you need, youll be able to lose weight and belly stout with nearly any program.

But in todays crazy economy, most folks dont have the money to join a gym or get a personal trainer or have a treadmill at home, so we have to find cheaper and even FREE ways to belly stout.

So I want to give you this seven exercise bodyweight path that really targets the body for stout loss. We dont need any fancy equipment, and you can do this in the comfort of your own home, anytime of the day. You could also do it while traveling.

Below is an outline of the seven-exercise path:

1)Jumping Jacks
2)Y-sit on your heels
3)Spiderman Push-up
4)Reverse Lunge
5)Plank-to-Push-up
6)Prisoner Siff Sit on your heels
7)Cross Body Mountain Climber

For each of these exercises you will want to perform 8-12 repetitions and if you are really strong and fit, then you could even do as many at 15 repetitions. Go through the path with no rest linking exercises. Once completing the path, rest for 1 minute and then do again the path up to 3 times in total.

    -Drink water all day (Piss should be crystal clear)
    -Erect Muscle/Burn Stout
    -Always warm-up and stretch before every workout
    -Get your heart rate up and Do full body workouts
    -Don’t eat 3 hours before Bed
    -Stay away from empty calories, and crappy Carbs (non whole grain foods = terrible)
    -Get as much Protein and Fiber as possible

    This would work with a calorie restricted diet. I myself run 4-5 10 miles sessions a week in running. Thats 1400 calories burnt in one session of an 1h, 30 m running x 5 = about 7000 calories burnt in a week. This is all that seems to work in terms of weight loss- pure determination (at least for me). Can’t say it’s simple even if.

    need to run on the treadmill before trying one of these, one common mistake all these websites do are they dont clarify who should attempt these workouts, they are certainly not for stout people its more like for who want to go ripped, i used to very stout and i cudnt manage 3 pushups now 30 isnt a problem, gotta do a lot of running!
