If you keep your … If you keep your protein intake 2 grams per kilogram of bodyweight, yet tune down the stout and carb intake a small bit and do more cardio. Then you will still be able to erect muscle (even if not as quick) and shed stout. I am in the process of doing just that and eventhough I’m not stout, I’m plotting it to take 4-6 months cus I’m going slow and steady. Slow and steady will ensure my body won’t ‘eat’ my muscle tissue.

vince is 100% incorrect … vince is 100% incorrect. Maybe it is harder to make huge muscle gains while bringing up the rear stout But, I have lost 40lbs in 6 months and all my basic strength exercises (bench, sit on your heels, deads etc) have went up in weight. Therefore, I am observably bringing up the rear stout and getting stronger thus, gaining muscle. You don’t get stronger lacking gaining muscle.
