3000 callaries what a fkn lier i way 175from 350lbs and i go to the gym twice a day and do huge amounts of cardio intencly and the most ive ever lost was1400 and that was 4 hours in a gym to the point were at least once a month i passed out and this took me 2 years 6 days aweek 1600 calls a day 4 letres of water a day a strict sleeping patern and alot of sweat and tears,and u can make a vidio like this and say switch sodas and dance on a stupid fkn mat.
