He is one of those … He is one of those fitness “gurus”, who are trying to sell you some crap and reckon of “new” exercises. Really gaining muscle and loose stout is very simple, eat right and train hard. Thats it. You can do it home with cheap set of dumbbells and a pullup-bar.

Really I sleep … Really I sleep for 7 and a half hours and I drink some casein protein straight before…which takes linking 7 and 8 hours to really digest…so when I take my whey protein it’s just to give my metabolism a boost so I get the most out of my cardio
