Fitness Fat Blasting Workout Day 1

Here is Day 1 which works your legs, chest, biceps and abs. Day 2 will be up soon. I followed a 2-day split and did each exercise 15-20 reps, 3 sets. To warm up, I would run to the gym most days which was about 15 minutes or 1.6 miles. I would also do Yoga 1-2 times a week. 3 days a week of cardio (40-50 minutes running, intervals). I did strength training 2-4 days a week.

How many meals do u … How many meals do u eat per day? and do u eat til ur full or just about mean?
And could u give an model of what u might eat for each meal?
Trying too loose weight myself, but not doing any excellent when it comes to what i eat;(

If you want to tone … If you want to tone your body should you do less weight on the bars? Or do you need more weight on the bars to tone the arms, legs, etc. I want to tone but I don’t want to be like a body builder?!?

Sarah, I was … Sarah, I was wondering if you can do a video or a blog post of how a person’s body should be when running. To avoid quick fatigue or injuries. When i was in cross county in high school i was taugh something similar, but i dont recall it.
@tahnalamar I do if … @tahnalamar I do if I’m not about to eat lunch or dinner after I work out. I like Strawberries and Mango with water or unsweetened almond milk and usually a type of vanilla protein. Brand doesn’t matter just make sure it’s Whey Protein ISOLATE! No sugars!
@sillyeah I do … @sillyeah I do about 20 on each leg = total of 40. Walking is just another way of doing them. If you do it in one place, you can fatigue the muscle quicker which isn’t a terrible thing at all, just different. I like mixing things up and it’s harder to quit early if I’ve gotta reach another end.

Maybe a video, thought for the future. but thank you for your constructive criticism. i also have really tight hip flexors which is why I hunch over too when I sit on your heels.

There is one woman who is a stick that goes to Revolution Fitness and she is sooo strong. She lifts like everyday. Just focus on 15-20 reps and use a weight that may be simple for 10 reps but barely can lift for the 20th. Women can’t get like that unless they take steroids or have a genetic issue. It’s the No. 1 fitness misconception.
@faintsunrise No … @faintsunrise No but you do need more weight than 5 lbs bumbells and it is harder to progess. I do 10 lb dumbells bicep curls but need 15 lbs for chest presses but – Push ups are fantastic for your chest as well and require no weights. I would suggest investing in a set of adjustable weights. They should not cost more than a month’s gym membership (Boston prices).
sarah I have to question … sarah I have to question you .. do I NEED to have a gym membership to be as fit as you??
I do have 5lbs weights but that’s it .. are there exercises I can do to get this fit or do I need gym equipment?
