  2. POOPINGASUSUAL says:

The human body is … The human body is designed for lifting heavy loads, and in fact, even if you don’t desire a lot of muscle lifting weights can benefit you (reduce risk of disease, increase immune system, lighten your mood, increase stout burning etc).

so wait. if you … so wait. if you where me and you where trying to burn stout. what tips could you give me? do u have carbs in your meals at all?

  4. xbox360eliteboy says:

  5. clearviewhigh says:

well i dont wanna … well i dont wanna drop all the way down my lowest wich is 135. i wanna be over that. ya im male 5’9. 17 to if age matters. i just wanna be more cut up, quicker and lighter. and look excellent. (Who doesnt wanna look excellent? :P )

take em to school, … take em to school, PROPS!

  7. POOPINGASUSUAL says:

@clearviewhigh Can … @clearviewhigh Can I question why you want to get down to such a low body stout, what are your reasons? Also how tall are you (I take it you are also male).

I wouldn’t recommend going on body weight, go on how you look and feel. Again, people overcomplicate things :) Being and looking healthy is the main focus.

  8. clearviewhigh says:

what would you … what would you suggest for stout loss? im tryn to atleast get down to 140. im like 156 or 157 now. bodyfat test showed max i can drop to is 135 leaving me at 6% bodyfat.

  9. POOPINGASUSUAL says:

For optimal protein … For optimal protein synthasize (sp) at leasr 7 hours yes, although 8-10 is ideal. Personally, I find it hard to sleep well – but try and make sure I get a minimum of 7 every night.

  10. clearviewhigh says:

ahh same. i eat … ahh same. i eat everything in moderation. i just make sure what i eat is real and natural foods with the exception of whey protein. i do calisthenics only and h.i.i.t workouts. how HARD do you sleep? i herd theres a thing such as too much or too small sleep. i sleep linking 7-8 hours.

  11. POOPINGASUSUAL says:

I don’t follow a … I don’t follow a diet to be honest, just eat sensibly and natural, train hard and sleep hard :)

Once you have a excellent understanding of training diet no plot can help you progress past what you learn to follow from your own body.

  12. clearviewhigh says:

are u like into … are u like into steve maxwell’s warrior diet? he practically siad the same thing. 20% of his diet consists of carbs. rest is stout and protein. Is this what ur leaning towords?

  13. POOPINGASUSUAL says:

You do not need … You do not need carbs exactly, over 9000 years ago when we didn’t eat or process grains the only carbs ate were small amounts of rare to obtain fruits, the main proponent of energy was avaiable from fats. This was a time before food processing and hydro’ed fats, everyone ate healthy.

  14. POOPINGASUSUAL says:

    Amen. Amen.

  15. POOPINGASUSUAL says:

Why is this thumbed … Why is this thumbed down, do some REAL research and don’t be lead by the sheep guys.

  16. POOPINGASUSUAL says:

This man knows what … This man knows what he is talking about. Excellent ancient fitness industry, telling everyone CARBS are the greatest thing ever and to NOT eat fats.

Thank you for showing me there ARE some people who know their stuff.

  17. POOPINGASUSUAL says:

In fact excellent … In fact excellent natural sources of sat stout (and cholestral) promote hormone release (such as test.) in the body. You want a excellent mix of all three healthy fats from excellent, natural sources – Steak, cheese, WHOLE eggs, olive oil, mince, cream. There is NO link linking FOOD contained saturated stout/cholestral and body stout/cholestral .

  18. POOPINGASUSUAL says:

    Excellent man Excellent man

  19. POOPINGASUSUAL says:

Nothing incorrect with … Nothing incorrect with fats in meat, natural fats raise your testostrone levels, promote hormone release, are used for excellent energy (a lot mroe usable and better than carbs). A excellent fatty cut of steak or a bleeding chicken leg is ideal.

  20. POOPINGASUSUAL says:

People who started … People who started ‘bloating’ up again was due to calorie and activity levels (dieting with VERY low calories lacking excellent levels of activity result in the metabolism slowing down – then when you do start eating more again, wheather it be carbs or not, you will place on stout and water whilst the body finds it’s homeostasis level once again). And remember, fats AND carbs are energy.

  21. POOPINGASUSUAL says:

Argiculture has … Argiculture has only been around the last 10,000 years, previously human never ate carbs aside from small amounts of fruits, this is why many people suffer food allgeries = humans aren’t adapted to eat grains.

  22. POOPINGASUSUAL says:

I’m sorry, and I … I’m sorry, and I know everyone is an expert, but insulin secretion MUST be cut to decrease resting glycogen levels – if this is NOT the case then the stout in the body cannot be recruited to fuel the body = stout loss.

It has been too long that the so called experts have shoved all this material about carbs being fantastic down peoples neck.

  23. clearviewhigh says:

that doesnt work. … that doesnt work. people whove cut carbs out and started eating normal again bloated back up. carbs = energy. u gotto have everything in moderation. i reckon carb cutting is for people who are tryn to cut weight quick. but im just doin it slow and safe so it stays off.

  24. ihatewez says:

listen up he is … listen up he is right
u gota hav carbs to give you a substantial amount of energy to work in the gym and burn stout? dont you? xactly
and chicken fish and eggwhite dont contain stout!
    and oatmeal is excellent
eat complex carbs stuff like pasta bread porridge etc not crisps etc

  25. POOPINGASUSUAL says:

Therefore why you are … Therefore why you are trying and maybe not suceeding?
