Stout storage!! Lift … Stout storage!! Lift weights to erect muscle, make a calorie deficit…. of say 400 or so less then you burn. It will will burn stored calories a.k.a….BODYFAT!!

  5. teo829 says:

Hey when your body … Hey when your body goes into a calorie deficit, such as burning 2000 calories and only eating 1500 cals worth, does the body immediately tap into stout cell storage or muscle protein storage? I hardly have any muscles and don’t want to lose it.

  6. brushfour says:

No Trybogus, you … No Trybogus, you don’t be converted into catabolic when you run out of calories. You commence a state of caloric deficit. If the deficit does not exceed 400-500 cals daily, you will not be converted into catabolic and your body will reach for stout stores. If it goes much beyond 500 calories…day after day, your body will start to set off alarms that you might be starving. It will then switch to muscle as a fuel source to preserve stout for brain and organ function for survival during what it perceives to be starvation.

diet cardio and … diet cardio and weight training…..simple

  8. trybogus says:

isn’t it that you … isn’t it that you be converted into catabolic when you run out of calorie, so your muscles are burned for energy first before your body goes after the fats for energy.. so, it’s like you’re not really going to erect that much muscle bec. those muscle previously gained will be wasted..

A Cheetah can run … A Cheetah can run around 70 mph. It can only run this quick for about 30 seconds even if. I always sprint until I throw up or exhaust, and my distance improves each time. It is less time consuming, so boredom is not an issue, and by giving it your all each time, your all increases each time. I like my muscle memory to be explosive, and jogging has seemed to confuse my muscles.

youve place on a bit … youve place on a bit of muslce but ur not doing enough cardio, and you might be eating too much – dont take shakes if you are stout

  11. TheEquityPirate says:

I can confirm that … I can confirm that it IS possible to lose stout and gain muscle at the same time. Lift heavy weights every other day, and do cardio on your off day while maintaining a slight 500 calorie deficit.

  12. joeturc1 says:

Your body usually … Your body usually burns the calories you consume, if it has already burned the food, then it burns stout, then muscle. If you are a person with very small to no body stout, then that could be right once your body runs out of food energy.

hey steve i have … hey steve i have just started trying to gain muscle lacking gaining stout at the same time. Im 19, my bmr is about 2400 cals and i burn around 700 calories a day. ive only been eating 2200 calories but they are highly nutritous calories im getting heaps of vitamins, nutrients, protein, carbs, fibre, and excellent fats. im eating foods like oats, diverse beans, cottage cheese, salmon, cous cous, lean steak, tuna, lentils, yogurt etc. Training 3 times a week. will i still gain muscle?

  14. BodyPerformanceTV says:

There is no … There is no specific exercise. Time to start watching what you eat, do cardio 3-4 times a week and this will take care of it. It’s just extra stout located on the chest.

  15. Amaru19995 says:

    steve i am 18 176 … steve i am 18 176 and 5′ 8′ and i want to lose my chest stout what do i do?

  16. brushfour says:

You’ll lose … You’ll lose additional stout as the run will elevate your BMR for many hours afterwards. Aerobics like simple runs and walks will also get your bodies appetite mechanism under control. You’ll doubtless eat cleaner and a bit less because of it. The more you get in shape, you find that you’ll add more time to your run. Even an extra 5 minutes means something. I generally WALK for an hour 4 times a week. That’s about 1200 calories burned walking per week. Walking adds up and leans you out huge time.

  17. brushfour says:

You’re getting … You’re getting larger because you’re putting on muscle. You’re doubtless getting larger in the right way, that is, not larger in terms of bodyfat. 15 minutes of running is not enough to strip muscle away. Runs will also add a bit of muscle to your hamstrings, calves, and feet. 15 minutes of running will burn about 100 calories or bit more. That will add up over time as long as your diet stays about the same. Do that for a few months and you’ll lose a 3-4 pounds of stout from the exercise alone.

  18. username12546 says:

After 30 min of … After 30 min of jogging stout starts to burn. 15 min does not burn any stout. You only sweat body fluids. Run over hour at time. Maybe 10 kilometers.

  19. ryansur says:

heeey i run like 15 … heeey i run like 15 minutes every day and i do weights im getting much larger than thiner why is that? and what can i do?? thanks guys!

  21. NOSFERATUalu says:

Im confused, I was … Im confused, I was told running strips off muscle mass from your body
