That’s what I did. … That’s what I did. 2 hours at the gym everyday. 1 hour cardio then, an hour weight training.
Loosing weight is … Loosing weight is when you body is in a caloric deficit period. But i would suggest doing cardio because it does get your lungs and heart in better shape, and it will make your intense workout sessions like legs alot simpler. I also heard it helps flush toxins out of your body by increased blood flow and allows better recovery, but im not positive on that one, but i find it helps me recover way quicker personaly.
if I’m trying to … if I’m trying to gain muscle and lose weight at the same time, do I really need cardio? the calorie deficit + the intense workout should be enough, right?
Thank you these … Thank you these videos were extremely caring and informing. I was honestly convinced that i needed to buy whey protein powder to gain a lot of muscle. But i am defininlty going to do it the all natural way
Here is an model. … Here is an model… There are some traditional woodcutters in my country (axe) that are simply HUGE. They work all day (arround 12 hours) and they have only two meals. What they eat is mostly dairy (milk, yogurt, cheese), bacon, eggs. And, of course, bread… tons of bread. So, you see, it is not their diet that makes them HUGE, it is those 12 hours of hard work…
I can tell you from … I can tell you from my own experience that all that talk about huge protein consumption and 7 meals a day is a complete BULLSHIT. I tried that diet when I was starting and I felt like crap, I had 2 diarheas (if that’s how you spell it, english is not my native language) in one month, I felt week and I felt my somach was crying for help. Then I listened to my grandmas advice. Now I eat 3 NORMAL meals a day + some snack, and I feel GREAT and my performance is just getting better and better.
Glucose is the fuel … Glucose is the fuel of life… It is THE carbohydrate… Glucose rich food: white bread, pasta, rice… and so on… and, glucose won’t get you stout… what will get you stout is sucrose and artificial fructose… Dextrose is also fine (also called grape sugar), but it has extremely high GI, so don’t overdo it…
he just answerd it … he just answerd it in the video for you. You need a small caloric deficit of 300-500 calories of your maintanance level. And the ratio is around 40 percent carbs 40 percent proteins and 20 percent fats. Does not have to be EXACTLY that every day but its a ballpark figure. But dont worry a normal diet provides MORE than enough protein to erect and repair muscle. The vital thing is your workout and you make a small caloric deficit.
is working out for … is working out for like 1 hour and doing cardio for 1 hour on the treadmill is doing 1 hour of cardio to long while you are eating 5 or 6 small meals a day ?
what should my … what should my carbs to protein ratio be if i want to lose body stout and gain muscle?
you are fantastic!!! … you are fantastic!!! Keep up the excellent work
@monkeytwineball:
… @monkeytwineball:
our brain consumes GLUCOSE, a type of sugar, and not FAT.. hope this is clear to everybody.. ^^
I’ve wanted to lose … I’ve wanted to lose weight for so long, and I never even if I’d find the answer.
I found the website called fatburner. cz. cc and i’ve lost 40lbs! It really works.
Not before stout, … Not before stout, just for different things. Your heart for model takes in half stout half protein, your brain eats mostly stout.
To stay healthy?
… To stay healthy?
Thirty minutes a day would be ideal, say jogging or swimming.
What do you mean by … What do you mean by muscle memory?
If you’re talking about reflexes and trained skills like playing the guitar, it’s not the muscles remembering, it’s the nerves in your spinal cord.
If you’re talking about anything else, there’s no such thing as muscle memory.
THANKS! THANKS!
Steve, you are … Steve, you are fantastic.
I am into bodybuilding since october now and I try to get as much information as I can. You see all this crap with 1 gram of protein per bodyweight and stuff, 5-7 meals a day (or even more). It drives you crazy. I will take your advice and just eat what I like and when I’am hungry, just not too much.
At the same time, I’ll continue with my resistance training and cardio and I bet that I will gain muscle and lose stout
Keep up the excellent work =D
how much cardio … how much cardio should u do? (minutes)
and how many times a week?
a 5ft male should … a 5ft male should weigh 106lb. for every inch after that add 6lb.
5’11′ = 172lb
divide by 2.2 to get kilograms = 78.2kg
1g protein per kilogram
heavy lifting try 1.2 per kg
your body doesnt store protein so dont over consume. eat throughout the day
so im 200 pounds … so im 200 pounds trying to lose weight and gain muscle. how much protien should i be getting a day i try for some where around 100-130 grams is that realistic? and also what are your thoughts on muscel memory?
If you lift hard … If you lift hard and heavy I prefer cardio afterwards.
which one is better … which one is better doing cardio before or after weight lifting session?
If your caloric … If your caloric deficit is too large on too many days, your body will switch to muscle as a fuel source as part of a survival mechanism in order to preserve stout for organ and brain function. If your body perceives that it’s starving,…it will do this. Other then that, it will use FAT as it’s primary fuel source.
you body uses … you body uses muscle as a primary source of spare fuel before stout
