You are just unadorned … You are just unadorned ignorant. Do some research, or is it simpler to just eat pizza and lie around on your stout ass? Resistance exercise, ie, weight training is the best way to burn stout. There is NO question about it, I can confirm to it first hand.

i’ve gone from … i’ve gone from 270lbs to 200lbs from March til now. i keep my carbs low(er), protein high and moderate stout(fish, nuts, olive oil).

I’ve often wondered … I’ve often wondered that myself. Does doing TOO MUCH cardio strip stout? Doing moderate cardio and low volume high intensity cardio DOES NOT strip muscle. Neither does walking….which is cardio. I know having a daily cal deficit that is too large,..day after day will certainly strip muscle. Maybe high amouts of cardio strip stout because there is such a large cal deficit made?? I don’t know. Excellent point for discussion.

css1323, NO… … css1323, NO…you’re doing fine. You should only be looking to lose about 1 pound per week. Patience is the key. Keep your daily cal deficit about 400 to 500 calories per day. That = 2800 to 3500 calories per week. That’s about 1 lbs of stout lost. Any more deficit than that and you’re chances of bringing up the rear muscle mass GO WAY UP!! You’re doing fine.
This is the second … This is the second video I’ve seen by this gentlemen. This guy is impressive! He lays it all out very well. He’s a young man so I figured he wouldn’t know the whole show as well as he should, or would be off on some points as even the best of most younger trainers are. My first week on … My first week on the treadmill, I could only do 40 minutes. Week two, I’m going on it 60 mins. a day. I try to do push-ups/curls as well to gain some muscle.
