		<description>&lt;b&gt;My first week on ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; My first week on the treadmill, I could only do 40 minutes. Week two, I&#039;m going on it 60 mins. a day. I try to do push-ups/curls as well to gain some muscle.

Working out and eating healthy food is tough. It ain&#039;t easy! I only lost a few pounds.. so maybe I need to try harder.</description>

Doing moderate cardio and low volume high intensity cardio DOES NOT strip muscle.  Neither does walking....which is cardio.   I know having a daily cal deficit that is too large,..day after day will definitely strip muscle.  Maybe high amouts of cardio strip fat because there is such a large cal deficit created??  I don&#039;t know.  Good point for discussion.</description>

No,...this guy knows what the heck he&#039;s talking about.  His training philosphy is very sophisticated and complete.  Good work.</description>
